Clear Global Solutions (CGS) is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to support the Company’s staffing needs across corporate and federal government contract operations. This role is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates, managing job postings, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting pre-employment processes.
The Recruiter works closely with Human Resources, hiring managers, and operational leadership to deliver a responsive, compliant, and efficient recruiting process while helping identify qualified candidates for a variety of positions.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Candidate Sourcing
- Coordinate recruiting activities for assigned positions
- Prepare and post approved job announcements on designated recruiting platforms
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, resume databases, and other recruiting resources
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs
- Conduct outreach to prospective candidates and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process
Candidate Screening & Evaluation
- Review resumes and applications against established position qualifications and contract requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screening interviews and document screening results
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to identify potential matches
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate status updates
Interview Coordination
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate interview details and follow-up information to candidates
- Assist hiring managers throughout the interview process
- Track interview outcomes and maintain recruiting workflow documentation
Recruitment Administration
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and hiring procedures
- Support pre-employment activities, including candidate communications and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruiting documentation and reports as needed
- Assist Human Resources with recruiting-related projects and initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Two (2) or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or closely related experience
- Experience sourcing, reviewing, and screening candidates
- Experience coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting technology platforms
Preferred
- Experience supporting government contracting or federal recruiting efforts
- Experience recruiting for administrative, professional, technical, or contract positions
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
